Shipping and Processing Timeline:

Your items are shipped to you based on the shipping rate you choose and take roughly 3 - 21 business days to reach you based on your exact location.  Regular airmail shipping rates do not always include a tracking number (based on where it is going) expedited always does. We ship worldwide and do our best to ship out as quickly as possible. The day you order, holidays and weekends do not count as shipping days.

Please take into consideration unforeseen circumstances like forces of nature, strikes and the Christmas season...all beyond our control. 

Verification:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is placed, authorized and verified. We prepare you order quickly after it is verified which it makes it difficult for to change or cancel your order. This must be done before it is shipped out.

Please see the cancellation and returns page as we have a strict no returns policy regarding personal items unless they are badly damaged, cracked or smashed.

3 - 8 business days (expedited shipping) 

Outside of North America:

8 - 21 business days (regular shipping)

6 - 12 business days (expedited shipping)
